Eat healthy: No magic diet can fix depression. However, it is a good idea to watch what you are eating. If depression appears to make you over eat, keeping your diet under control will help you feel better.
Get enough sleep: depression can make it difficult to turn a blind eye and too little slee can make depression worse . Start by making some lifestyle modification. Go to bed every day, and get up at the same time. Try not to just snap. Take all the distraction form your bedroom no computer and no television. You might find your sleep improve in time.
Take some responsibility: you may want to pull back from life when you are depressed, and give up your responsibilities at home and at work. Well don’t. Staying involved and having daily responsibilities can help you to maintain a lifestyle which can help counter depression. They’ re grounding that you can give you a sense of achievement. Think about partime.if that sounds too much, consider volunteering.
