I often feel frustrated by the range that causes me. i too often feel like something is wrong. This rage made me to took wrong decisions. My boyfriend who supports me and tried to calm down my anger.When anger comes, of course, the energy field flows through your mind immediately and the thoughts you think are the expression of the rage. Change that you understand the heartbeats and that you let it be. The feeling that something is wrong that it’s not your personal problem is a universal human condition that brings those feelings inside. This can cause an eruption when you let anger bubble away. It can impair your judgement, ruin your relationship, undermine the trust you have in others. Here’s 8 ways my boyfriend suggest for copying with anger for me. Hope this will also benefit you.

Recognise designs of alert: our heart rate increases when you are upset and you breathe faster. Be alert so that you can deal with symptoms before they worsen.

Take some time out: stop jumping in with an angry answer instead calm down by counting done before proceeding.

Avoid alcohol: our intelligence can reduce your inhibitions, and make you prove more burst out.

Share the emotions: the stresses will build up when we keep things inside for too long. Talk to friends and loved ones.

Let it go: Sometimes we have no choice but to let go of a question, even if we believe it is unjust, but doing this will allow to make past grudges or resentment towards peace.
