Mi Notebook 14 specifications
The Mi Notebook 14 has a 14-inch full HD display. The resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 91 percent. The laptop is available in three different configurations and is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor from the 10th generation.

The Mi Notebook 14 is described by its sleek and minimal design. The laptop is constructed of magnesium and aluminum alloy, with a sandblasted finish on top to prevent corrosion. it is lighter than the Mac Book Air. The device is built to absorb air from the bottom while hot air is expected to escape through vents on the left — the issue is that Xiaomi’s laptop isn’t elevated enough and sits completely flat. Bad sleep can meant being unable to sleep, waking up too early,waking up during the night for long stretches, not feeling refreshed after a night’s sleep.if you have poor sleep, especially over a long period of time, it can affect your life in several ways,as it can lead to tiredness, poor concentration, depression and anxiety, a worse quality of life. So the majority of insomnia symptoms are due to life events rather than physical ailment such as stress,anxiety, too much smoking and drinking, watching TV and playing in our phones before going to bed. Having trouble falling asleep? Waking up early and not being able to sleep again? Well here are my tips for getting a better night’s sleep without using medicines.

1.Day time habits: set a specific time for each day to wake up and go to sleep. I start waking up each day at 7am. Exercise at daytime to get tired before going to bed. Don’t work in your bedroom, so just keep it for sleep and don’t take snacks all day long.
2. Bed time habits: seek not to watch television or play on your mobile while in bed time. And what it does is that the melatonin that we generate which is the hormone that makes us feel sleepier. Evite big meals in the evening before going to bed. Evite alcohol,drinks and special smoking as it will stimulate you. So you are not going to fall asleep. Also worth mentioning is that some prescribed medicines can interfere with your sleep as well. So if there are symptoms suddenly and something new has been prescribed, talk to your pharmacist and they can check for you.
3. Have an environment in your bedroom: which is often overlooked. Have your bedroom at the right temperature and the best temperature between 15.5°- 20°has been found.use thick curtains to cover the morning sun or light from street lights and eventually use the right bedding throughout the year.
I often feel frustrated by the range that causes me. i too often feel like something is wrong. This rage made me to took wrong decisions. Get more rest: rest is major aspect in managing stress. Fatigues causes you to experience stress at a much. Whenever you feel stress take rest for sometime and then continue. A well cared body will fit you to much better in the long run and will naturally reduce your tension. When you prepare properly then planning for a sleep shouldn’t be a issue.
Choose you battles: focus on the part of your problem where you can make a change.
Commit: be sure your solution the best.
Talk with someone: interact with your friends or your loved ones. find someone you like an admire and speak to them about the situation you are going through. Ask them for advice.Often talking out loud about the problem will help you reducing your anxiety and stress
Corona virus does not see country before spreading. It does not see age as well. it only aries in terms of the impact it can make based on various factors. Immunity does play a role here that’s why we need to keep ourselves healthy. Here i suggest for you to prevent corona virus recommended by WHO and CDC. This precautions I used to take to prevent covid 19. Avoid close contact with other indivuduals in order to avoid catching the virus yourself and to avoid passing it on.
1.Stop major events and mass reunions.
2.Evitate close contact with anyone who is ill or has symptoms.
3.Keep a distance between yourself and others if covid 19 is spreading in your neighbouhood, particularly if you are at higher risk of serious illness.
4.Wash your hands often with soap and water fot at least 20 seconds, or use a hand sanitizer based o alcohol containing at least 60 percent alcohol.
5.When you have cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or tissue. throw away the tissue used.
6.If your hands are not clean, avoid touching your eyes,nose and mouth.
7.If you’re sick, avoid sharing plates,drinks, bedding and other household items.
8.Stay at home from work, school, and public areas if you’re sick, unless you get medical care.

9.if you’re tired, stop taking public transport.
10.Clean and disinfect surfaces that you often encounter on a dailybasis.
Being overweight or obese can cause a range of health issues. Even though there are many different “fad” diets available, a balanced lifestyle and nutritious diet are key to healthy living and better weight management. Here are some tips I suggest for you.

Drinking before a meal will cause you to feel bloated and decrease appetite. Try not to drink in the hour before your next meal, to avoid this. Drinking after meals can help your body store the calories you eat, too.
Add good carbs and protein: honey, jam, dried fruit, wheat germ, soy protein powder and non-fat dried milk powder.
Create count drinks: drinking your calories can also help to stop you from feeling full or bloated.
Do exercises of resistance: weight training helps to turn extra calories into muscle rather than flab. target it 2-3 times a week.
